System Features：
Through the platform, users can achieve the group voice and date (text, images, video) exchange between WiFi mobile terminals and PC computers. Voice is the most frequent and basic function in day-to-day information exchange. The system provide efficient and safe voice dispatch and control between general or specialized POW terminals and computers. The mobile terminal can be divided into general terminal and professional terminal; these can be installed in users’ PC terminal. Windows OS based computer can achieve the dispatch function after installed with client software. Fast and quick operation and call from computers can achieve the real-time information exchange function between control center and mobile terminals.
The dispatch center also can achieve different levels of dispatch function in accordance with the administrative request.

• * Select a member of a list or a group and use the mouse or shortcut keys to call friends, also can directly search friends or enter phone number to initiate a call.
  * Conference Room features: can establish a fixed or temporary conference room through control center; control center or mobile phone can initiate a meeting, this makes conference at anytime anywhere functions comes true.
  * Multi-channel calls access and switch between channels.
  * Automatically reminds and reorganize for unconnected users in group call.
  * SMS exchange: when PTT group members are offline or busy, system can remind users with SMS, it also can send text information by group SMS.
  * Text and picture exchange: You can edit the text or pictures to achieve information exchange. Also can custom high level information exchange and inquiry function which are based on text or pictures in accordance with the actual needs of enterprises and institutions. This feature is the only efficient way to achieve information exchange between IP network and mobile terminals; all enterprises and institutions can custom text and pictures based information exchange platform by this solution.
  * LBS functions: positioning a group or a mobile user in the local map, you can click a member or group on the map directly to edit, call and SMS and so on. Web interface based data management features include administrator dedicated management interface and general user management interface. The authority of administrator management is higher than general user management; it can achieve different levels of:
  * Modify, control Web management interface password.
  * Add and remove unit users and group lists.
  * Real-time dual machine hot Standby, greatly enhance system reliability and stability
  * Establish closed group and open group.
• Mobile Terminal Function
  * One-to-one calls and one-to-many group calls (the user could make at most 100 people group calls) direct call and call invitation:
  * Direct call: call the user directly, the called users automatically answer
  *Call Invitation: call the user to setup request, the called user answer manually
  * Automatic boot registration and manual registration and exit
  * User can register to the server automatically after boot.User can choose manual registration and exit on service in accordance with actual needs.
